For the past week or so when I login to play online there are NO SERVERS listed to play on. Is Cysis 3 dead already and they yanked the servers or is something wrong on my end? My settings are to allow ANY games and ALL maps.

Jeff, you have to go into Origin, right click on the Crysis 3 icon, and click update/check update.
That should fix you up.
