So I've been seeing videos about the C3 dlc and what not and was curious about whether or not it's worth the 60 bucks to buy this game? I keep seeing people talk about how dead the game is and I'm a little worried about buying it and there being no one on. Well guys should I or shouldn't I?

Well, as far as the DLC, I think most of us are waiting for Ceph Walka's YouTube video review. He said he's buying it today and will play it and post a review of each map and the weapons that are coming with it. It's not a day 1 buy for me because - like U said - the population is low right now.

The campaign achievements are glitchy, too. I can't complete my game because I found all the Intel items before the SP patch came out and now two of them don't register and they're not where they're supposed to be. (Or anywhere else on the map, for that matter.) So I'm stuck at like 98% complete. You'd be O.K. as long as you updated everything before doing the campaign.

Personally I don't like the C3 campaign as much as the C2 campaign. Sure, the graphics and all that are better on C3 and the predator bow is fun, but I just like Alcatraz's story line better. Don't know why.

Well Crysis 3 is pretty much dead on the multiplayer part of the game. In my honest opinion very few games are worth 60 bucks. This one included. I would not pay over 40 dollars for this game. If your a big fan of the Crysis series I would get it for sure no matter what price. If you only somewhat like it I would find someway to buy it for 30-40$. The campaign is great aswell. If your a COD/Halo player I deff would recommend buying this. It's a blast and your gonna want to experience it before it's dead

Thanx guys for the feedback but I bought C3 day one for the pc. My damn video card went out and now because it's dx11 only I can't play it. My radeon hd 4890 can play all of my other games nice and smooth but this one so I figured **** it then I'll get it for my 360. My friend has played the dlc and told me that they are alright but he doesn't see too many people staying with it after a few months. I m a huge fan of the crysis series and I really enjoy the mp and haven't been able to play the C3 mp for about two months now. Now on pc I prefer to play CvR, hows the community for that mode? Any of you know? I mean I could go back to playing with the suit but I prefer the pacing of CvR. Hmmmm, gonna check ebay and craigslist for a copy because gamestop is charging $44.99 for a used copy.

You're welcome! On console, the only game modes with a "playable" population are Team Deathmatch, Crash Site/ Spears, and Hunter. I've only really seen a playable number of people on Cell v Rebel on Saturday nights. Other than that, it's pretty much dead. Somewhere here on forums there's a thread about the game modes that people thought should be removed from the playlist and the 3 I mentioned were the only ones people said they'd keep. That's why I'm surprised that the DLC has 2 new game modes. I think that's just going to divide the already small number of players too much. Your friend may be right - it might kill the game in a couple of months.

My friend said that the maps are too big and that the claw is way op. He said that there is very little recoil and that it has incredible range. I feel bad for crytek in a way, they spend so much time and invest so many man hours to make their games look the best the can but the come up short in the what truly matters and that it truly engaging gameplay. Their games are always buggy as hell on release and they never seem to ever iron out all the bugs on one game before they shift focus to another. Crysis 3 should have been game of the year, I am honestly disappointed that we didn't get any single player dlc. The game needed it badly in my opinion. Also I feel like we needed to get more than just two extra weapons, we need at least 6-10 more weapons with new attachments to go along with them. They peaked at far cry 1 unfortunately, but i will continue to support them because I know they will get it right again.................Hopefully.

DLC is awesome. Frenzy is the best gametype I ever seen. It makes you use weapons and combinations that you would never do. Possession is awesome too but a bit frustrating when you dont have a team.

Claw has ALOT of recoil. Not OP at all. One map is too big for TDM but everything else is great.

Well I plan on buying C3 and the dlc soon then. Gotta do what I can for Crytek.

+15 to that the maps are freaking awesome it feels like your playing a different game! its the way it should of been from the start IMO need ppl to see for themselves how awesome the guns are and maps are predator bow feels so much more at home here and the claw wastes the mike

It was worth $15 dollars. Only issue is population. But enough to play each gametype.
