TES VI - Story suggestions

The ideas I had for the next TES game: 100 years after the events of Skyrim

If the game were to take place on Summerset Isles, I envisioned you (the player) starting off as a stowaway on a boat headed for the Isles. The boat is occupied by Thalmor supremacists. You're on the boat b/c the life you left behind was no life for you anymore, and if you started your character off as anything other than altmer, you've heard rumors of the acceptance of other races in various regions of the Isles (it's a risk you're willing to take given the hostility altmers have had towards outsiders in history). You're accompanied by another stowaway who has become your friend. In keeping with the prisoner tradition, you and your friend both get caught out as stowaways (when the thalmor crewmen pull you from your hiding place on the deck, they aggressively ask who you are and you begin your character creation) and the thalmor take you for prisoners to await judgement by one of the monarchs on the Isles.

You and your friend both get brought before a monarch, and as is tradition you were to be executed for your trespasses. However, you can see the monarch is sympathetic to other races and determines you should be sent to work as a slave. But the adviser to the monarch (a recently appointed wizard) senses you are different (but keeps it to himself) and speaks in your defense to be sent as a kitchen hand in leading up to the monarch's great celebration instead of being sent to do hard labor. Both you and your friend end up being kitchen hands (if you chose altmer at the start the decision to send you as a slave to do hard labor wouldn't arise).

Fast track to 3 months later and you and your friend are in the kitchen preparing the big feast to celebrate a special occasion for the monarch. Being there for 3 months you're now familiar with all the other kitchen hands as well as the guards and staff at the castle, but you see one new kitchen hand who you're not familiar with and give him a slight look of suspicion but let it go as you attend your duties. Halfway through the night the monarch is sitting on his throne and you go to clean up some plates when you notice your suspicious kitchen hand stealthily approach the monarch (guards are near but slightly tipsy from all the wine). He pulls a strange arcane devise from under his clothes and begins chanting a spell aimed at the monarch behind a concealed location. You notice this and you're then presented with 2 choices -

A: Pick up a carving knife from the dining table and plunge it deep into him

B: Yell out to the guards (which will alarm them of this impostor and send them to kill him)

Nothing happens until you make a choice, which ultimately leads to the death of the impostor no matter what you choose. It is then revealed that this man is a member of the Beautiful sent to assassinate this monarch for his acceptance and sympathy towards other cultures. After you save the monarch from his death he wishes to reward you for your services and asks you if you would wish to become a guard of the lowest rank to be trained and serve the monarch. The monarch's newly appointed wizard speaks out and comments on your apparent ability to recognize the arcane arts and suggests he be better suited under his care and taken to train as a wizard. You're then presented with the 2 choices.

You also express concern for your friend and ask that his services as kitchen hand be pardoned and he be allowed to live out as a member of the monarch's community. The monarch accepts this request and later down the track after time has passed your friend makes a wealthy life as a merchant where after certain events he'll contact you to begin various side quests.

Now if you choose to follow the wizard, he reveals to you that his several mentors before him was trained by a member of the psijic order when they used to walk the lands. He has been told to preserve a line of single students in order to fulfill a command given to him and his mentors before him that "a time may come when an unknowing student of the psijic order will walk these lands once more" and that he is to be guided by the relics left behind in order to complete what must be done of him. You obviously turn out to be that student, and if you chose the path of becoming a guard, you're led on various small missions where you uncover one of the relics left behind by the psijic order and eventually your path is led back to the monarch's wizard.

After a whole bunch of events you're finally uncovering the truth about the Beautiful, finding more relics etc. you're told the truth behind the story of why you're here and what is really happening. Behind the Beautiful, there has been a cult of ancient warlocks who have been using black magic for the last hundreds of years in attempt to create a new daedra, which would eventually become a new daedric prince that favors the superiority of the Altmer as a race with its purpose to wipe or enslave all other races of Tamriel. Throughout the hundreds of years the warlocks have been infusing this new daedra with the essence of both aedra and daedra in order to give rise to a daedric prince that will concern himself with the occurrences of mortals most namely the eradication of all not altmer (as it is known that daedric princes don't particularly view mortals objectively).
You uncover the truth that this is the reason the psijic order left the planes of Tamriel long ago. When they learned of the birth of this new daedric prince they banded together to invade that realm and destroy this creature, but after hundreds of years of fighting the psijic order was starting to lose the war. You also find out it is the reason for the rapid recruitment in members of the psijic order as most recently stated in history. In order to fight this new threat they needed more strength. It is finally revealed that you were one of the strongest members of the psijic order but before your death at the hands of this new daedric prince, the members of your order sent your essence back to the planes of Tamriel to inhabit a new host where you'll live out your life and eventually be brought on the path of uncovering your past life and your destiny.

Let me know what you guys think and of course post your own story suggestions for the future TES game.

Whatever the story is, i really [censored] hope they dont make the same mistake they did with Skyrim. making the player role limited to one race only (Nord in Skyrim's case) it lowers down the creativity of the gameplay and game A LOT.

Yea true... I guess they want to keep it within the realms of authenticity. Oblivion was filled mainly with Imperials, Skyrim mainly with Nords etc.

I think we've definitely seen enough of man tho being the predominant species in Oblivion and Skyrim. I really want the next game to focus more on the mer or beast races.

Yeah thats not it though. in Oblivion it was fine because the hero could've been anything. but i Skyrim the dragonborn story focused heavily on nords. a Dragonborn Khajiit or a Dragonborn Dunmer doesn't make a lotta sense.
