(WIP) Elsweyr Anequina: Torval and Senchal

Hi guys :smile:

This ongoing mod plans to complete the Elsweyr province that Iliana has worked on, which will include the cities of Torval and Senchal and small villages in between.

What's done so far:

-Removed the majority of the collision boxes around Corinthe and the jungle area west of Duncori Walk.

-Generated the rest of the jungle area west of Duncori Walk and around Corinthe.

-Generated a huge rainforest area and a Cyrodiil-type forest filled with Sugar cane plants in the Tenmar Forest area.

What needs to be done:

-Torval will be mainly a tree-based city due to its proximity to Valenwood. It will be surrounded by dense rainforest. I plan for it be around 8-12 cells big (highly depends on how much space there will be).

-Senchal will use Corinthe architecture mainly as I feel it suited Duncori Walk, a sea-based village, rather well. Size depends on the space available, and how big Torval will be.

-Clean up the generated areas and add small villages and dungeons.

-Definitely quests but not until at least most of the interior and exterior work will be done.

-Player homes in Torval and Senchal, of course.

-(Possibly) Dagi and Dagi-raht, though I'm not sure how to implement this.
