What new weapons and armour are there (not quest related i dont want spoilers atm still going OMFG this is awesoem at the moment)

got my console updated yesterday and apparently for the price of losing all save data and 20k achievment points after the last time i got my gamertag connected (my console never was connected untill yesterday at a computer repair center... but my gamer tag got connected by bringing my hardrive to a friends house) any way so i have alot of game saves to delete and hope im able to re unlock teh avatar items from fable 3

any way back to topic

What new un quest related content is there ?

what use are shamble skulls ? (decor?)

are there any unique items lying about like that one helm drowned in the ocean near anvil in the vanilla game ?

Yes would be the short answer, quite a lot of good unique items and some non quest content, including a certain schizophrenic sword that I always end up using for a large amount of the game.

yes and yes

The most significant (if not only) light armor added is amber armor. It is made the same way as madness, except with "amber" instead of "madness ore" and you take it to a different smith. Amber armor is really cool looking.

You can leave the isles anytime you like and reenter anytime you like using the portal that you entered through.

I′m not sure but I think they are the equivalent to glass and daedric in the Realm

The perfect versions of the amber/madness items (which the smiths will make for you once you're level 23 or better) all rival Daedric/Glass in quality, and many are actually a little better. The weapons don't hurt ghosts/wisps, etc. unless they're enchanted, though.

If you're below level 23, they make lesser quality stuff. For example, if you're level 20 when you ask them to make, say, a bow, it'll be more like an Ebony bow, and at 15, it'll be more like a Glass bow.

Have you helped the Ghosts of Vitharn?
Have you helped a certain paladin?
Have you helped all the lost souls on the Hill of Suicides?
Have you explored the various ruins, one of which, an ancient mausoleum, is one of the best in the whole game?
Have you learned the sad tale of an Elven woman trapped underground?
Have you helped Sickly Bernice?

Off the top of my head.... there are more.

You'll have to wiki the location. Sounds like you need to do more exploring. The hill is in the middle of the island. As to unique loot, I don't think so. However there are large deposits of both Amber and Madness in all these locations, and if you are at a high level, you will find high-end gear. I found something called the Staff of the Healer. Never ever have seen that one before, since release.
You get a unique spell as a reward for Suicide Hill.
You can make about 2000 in gold by incinerating ashes in the mausoleum, not counting any loot.
Also, there is an Easter Egg, at the northernmost tip of the Isles... look for an altar and note. I laughed out loud.
