question about buying a cart and a recall spell

Two questions.

I want to get a cart and a recall spell for dungeoneering. Do I need to buy a horse also or just the cart from the general store? And where do I find a recall spell? All the shops I see are like armourers, weaponshops, bookshops, and so on.

I haven't tried the mages guild to look for a recall spell because I joined the fighter's guild yesterday and was not sure if that made a difference.

Thanks for any input!

PS: I discovered yesterday that the bank hands out loans and has a set sate to pay it back. I'm sorry, but the Morrowind fans that say that game is deep should try this.

You can also take out huge loans in other regions and flee. So long as you never show your face there again, they'll never be able to do anything. It's awesome.

You don't need a horse for the cart. If you want to use it as travel, the horse magically appears there, but it's not particularly faster like the actual horse is. Either way, it can be used for loot storage and make dungeon delving much more profitable. Spells, as you probably figured, are sold in the mage's guild. Pretty sure the temple sells 'em too... I don't think you actually have to be a member to buy though, and I don't think you'll make the fighter's too angry if you did.
