I was about to climb up the 500 steps so I decided to wait. It wouldnt let me I got the "Guards are chasing you" message. But NO guards are chasing me I have no bounty I even walked up to a guard and tryed to talk to him and nothing! This hasnt been an issue till now I havnt killed anyone or stolen anything i play a good character,

pause the game and check you crime stats.
steal something with your weapon out, then put your weapon away. the guard should stop.

No. I have NO bounty I think what it is, Is that [censored] dog farkas he is considered a "gaurd" I just saved the game reloaded and he was gone and no longer chasing me. VERY strange bug

Actually never mind that wasnt it barbas is the dog not farkas. I havnt even met farkas in game yet I just got the names mixed up. But reloading my last game seemed to solve the problem. I wonder what it coulda been

If I remember right the animals in skyrim are confindential informants for the guards. In other words they are all a bunch of tattle tails even the ones without tails.

Funny, calling Farkas of all people a dog having not met him. When you start the Companions questline you will see that is sort of accurate.
