I am looking to move out of the purchasable homes,any suggestions on a good place ?
I would prefer a fort but any place is fine...with quick access if possible,relatively small,with a bed and plenty of SAFE storage,an area for displaying armor,items and weapons.Also it must have no enemy respawns.
I have Shivering Isles but would prefer to stay in Cyrodiil.(PS3 GOTY Edition)

The only one I can think of off the top of my head that meets all your criteria is the Marie Elena on the Waterfront. There is one associated quest (for the DB), but I know from experience that moving in before that won't break the quest, thoigh it doesn't make much sense story-wise.

Oh, I just remembered another possibility. If you haven't done the Fighter's Guild - and aren't going to - Hrota Cave near Anvil works too. But after a FG quest in there, it does have respawning enemies.
