So guys, when I stuck the laser sight on my Weathered 10mil, everything worked fine - until I whipped it out. Bought the mod from some dude under the 188 post overpass. So, when I pulled the thing out, my screen went whitish and the gun simply disappeared, leaving me with a screwed up screen and a hand held like a finger gun.
I went into 3rd person with L2, and discovered that there was a big white box around my chest with a red exclamation mark in the center. The gun fires and does damage, albeit with a suppressed sound. You can't SEE the gun though, the 1st person doesn't work. I'm assuming that Obsidian forgot to make a model for this attachment on the Pre-Order bonus weapon. Of course, I can't take the mod off, and I saved over my files before I knew what I'd done.


On another note, both Rex and Veronica have gone missing - with my best gear. Veronica went somewhere, just popped out of sight. No, I didn't leave her anywhere. Rex appeared to suffer some sort of brain aneurysm, because the moment I got him a new brain, he decided to run away somewhere. They aren't at their places of origin, and neither at the Lucky 38.

you aren't supposed to be able to mod it, it's a glitch.
there are no textures for that weapon with any of the mods.

i keep seeing this problem on the forms. i had it too. i fixed it. just delete the dlc then go in the game and save, redownload the dlc and when you go back in the game it will give you all of the classic pack again. your mod is lost forever though. small price to pay to have your gun back instead of a left over prop from metal gear.
