I forgot my password and got a new one, but the game is saying "Incorrect loggin details, please retry". What can I do about it?

I've managed to login in-game, but after trying every possibility of password I've had created once, I see that's impossible to change password for in game account, since it's possible to forget this one again, I'll save it on some place safe, btw. If you guys are giving support to this game... Oh well, nvm!
