So while I am dual-wielding an axe and a fire spell, and I select my fire spell hotkey again (#3) to dual-wield flames, my axe stays in my right hand, but so is the flame spell. My weapons stack, but only the flames work (can't use the axe when stacked).

If anyone could please tell me how I could fix this and get rid of the annoying stacking, then that would be awesome! It's extremely annoying having to fix this in the middle of combat.

Never have seen this before, using any mod to modify the hotkeys?
