First I tought your card needs a good dusting as its overheating but then I saw you are constatly playing with the parameters in the console.I dont know what you are doing as Im on a phone and cant make out what you write but I guess you were screwing with the settings too long and did something not supposed to.My advice is to reinstall the game or try repair first after you removed the files you'v created.

Solved, it was the new nvidia drivers that caused the bug, will roll back

Solved, it was the new nvidia drivers that caused the bug, will roll back

The new Nvidia drivers have been giving me crap with Crysis 3 as well. They're not exactly new they came out a few weeks ago.
