Any good performance mods I should use? I already use Performance of The Gods and Fallout Stutter Remover.

What exactly are you looking for?

What kind of hardware are you running the game on?

Are there any specific problems running the game that you're looking to address?

BTW, you really don't want this game to run too fast. The 64 Hz Bug, as explained in Gopher's Video results when this game is run much more than 52 FPS. Most clamp at around 40 to 50 which is smooth as butter.

Now, if you have installed the larger of the NMC texture packs, get the uninstaller and remove that. Then, install the smallest of the choices of NMC. The game will still be beautiful and it will run better.

If your looking for stability, you add the 4GB Wrapper, if you have not done so already.

http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/34832/? <- Self explanatory

I'm assuming you use NVSE, so go http://nvse.silverlock.org/, scroll down to the "Troubleshooting/FAQ" section, and click on "this alternate loader". That will start your download for the NVSE-compatible 4GB enabler which allows Fallout New Vegas to use "the entire 4GB virtual memory address space". It should make your game run a bit smoother.
