That generally indicates that Oblivion doesn't like the way things turn out as its loading your plugins.

Whats the most recent change you made to your load order?

I upgraded Better Cities to 5.3.3. I thought I uninstalled 5.2.x correctly via BAIN and I even used the Wizards to install 5.3.3. I also installed AFK Weye and that Weye/RR/MTC patch.

My bets are on BC but I think I installed that correctly.

Hmm...BC 5.3.3 is causing problems for a few people, let me take another look at your LO...

Ok, there are new versions of most of the BC-UL patches, so get those from the Unique Landscapes Patches page.

If that doesn't work, back out the AFKWey and the Weye/RR/MTC patch, but that almost certainly isn't the problem.

My answer: Your computer just exploded because you're using so many mods. :) Alright that's just kidding. But seriously I think you're a bit overboard because I noticed you have FCOM and WAC and MOO loaded together and I doubt your computer can handle that many AI spawns. Besides all those overhauls do the same thing so I would advice you to drop two of the major overhauls and stick to one setup. I didn't see any compatibility patches with UL and other mods, did you install those yet?

Where was your character when you uninstalled the Better Cities? It requires a clean save away from any of the cities to uninstall it properly.

Now I see the patches but you do know you cannot install FCOM and WAC at the same time without a special patch for those right? IIRC you would require Overspawn I think it was. Please correct me if I'm wrong. :D

I have gotten that that overhaul setup to work before though with even more plugins, at least the very least I was able to play. I have some UL patches but not all, that may be a contributing factor.

But yeah I might eventually bite off more than I can chew since this time I'm not using CBash.

EDIT: He was in The Dark Forest UL Region.

Yeah sadly the game engine cannot support more than it was designed for so you would need to make a difficult choice. I used to play with FCOM but it was way too slow so I eventually dropped it in favor of MOO. I would miss the quests that are offered by FCOM but I was not able to play a stable game anyway so it would not matter.
