The Bedlam Job, Help?

I dont know if this is a bug. I try to steal goods (first in raven rock, then in whiterun) No goods I steal count to the total 500 I need

be sure that you are actually stealing them and if you cant complete the job go back to delvin(i think) and cancel the job
