Nearly all of them except Dawnbreaker, Ghostblade, Blade of Woe, Auriel's Bow, and Dwemer Black Bow of Fate.

The shorter list for me are the ones I have used.

-Blade of Woe

-Firiniel's End (Oh jeez, I probably butchered that.)

-Dragon Priest Masks.

-Miraak's equipment.

-Mostly just the unique stuff encountered in the guild quests. (Sorry, can't really remember them all right now.)

Like others, it'd be shorter to list the ones I HAVE used, which is Dawnbreaker, and I used Auriel's Bow because they make you do so. If we expand it to shields and equipment as well I'd add Ysgramor's Shield and Targe of the Blooded.

[Edit:] Actually, I used Volendrung too when I was just trying to mess around and level up two-handed on my first sword-and-board character. It's relatively faster swing speed and stamina drain made it the ideal weapon to just swing back and forth blindly.

[Edit 2:] I find the "legendary" items to be somewhat underwhelming in this installment of the Elder Scrolls, especially with smithing and enchanting being what they are.

The mace of a long lost hero or axe of a forgotten king kind of pales in comparison to a sword I forged from the bones of the first dragon killed in Skyrim for centuries, an ebony ingot that I got from the tomb of Olaf One-Eye, the pelt of a snowy sabre cat (toughest animal I could find), and enchanted with the soul of Hevnoraak.

*looks up spelling online*

Actually, you were spot on. I forgot about that bow. I did use it for a time...

I've used relatively few as well. The only ones I seem to use extensively are the dragon priest masks... I have three active characters who wear them. All different ones, as per my RPing rules.

I sold Auriel's bow as quick as I could and I have never used the Mace of Molag Bal. Everything else I have used.

One of my characters (don't recall which) played around a bit with Volendrung, and my Altmer uses Stormfang. Most of my other characters prefer self-enchanted or stock enchanted weapons.

In addition to the DP masks, my Khajiit wears the Deathbrand armor.

Not much others, though. I'd like to have a character try out Chillrend, though, it's a nifty piece.

Really! I can't believe I got that right. I haven't played an assassin for quite a while. It's a pretty cool bow.

The Skull of Corruption, I have never used it. I have tried everything else at least once.

Pretty much all of them, except Mehrunes Razor and the Blade of Woe.

The Unique weapon I used for any amount of time was Dawnbreaker. I use the highest powered weapon I have, and the ones I improved myself were always better.

Ones used:

Blade of Woe. Love it and still carry it as a back-up weapon at level 66!

GhostBlade: Carried it for a while then sold it. Not enough damage IMO.

Elven Sword of Fear: Not 'unique' but top two on my favorites list. Carried that through 40+ levels and have it hanging in one of my HF houses where it can be picked up at a moment's notice. All smithed up to legendary. The strangest thing is NO SWORD IN THE GAME could touch it damage wise, not even DawnBreaker fully maxed. Only thing more powerful was fully upgraded Dragonbone weapons. I don't understand why, it just is.

DawnBreaker: Also top two, love the sword, the quest and am happy with Meridia. A good deal for my Bosmer DoVahKiin.

Ebony Bow of Damnation: Again not a 'unique' weapon but second on my favorites list for bows.

I never got into the UNIQUE bows, they just didn't suit me though I used Auriel's bow against Haron then promptly put it on a rack. Favorite is a dragonbone bow with chaos enchant.

I have used just about everything, I usually give any new interesting weapon a go before I take it home and dump it. Not sure if I actually got a chance to use Ghostblade I had so much to carry I took it home and put it on a weapon rack to remind me to give it a whirl when I next came back, forgot it, it vanished and I never saw it again. I tried the Drainblood and Drainheart weapons out, but the Ghostblade escaped. The second, third or fourth character will have to keep a firmer hold on the thing when they get it.

The second character tried killing Erandur just to try out that Skull of Corruption, it was a disappointment and she decided she preferred Erandur alive.

Probably all of them, they just pale in comparison to what I can craft. I've probably used Dragonsbane the most.

It'd be easier for me to list the unique weapons I have used, which in that case: Auriel's Bow (pretty, shiny, fast draw, great enchantment) and Miraak's Sword (tentacle attack!!)

I play dedicated mages who do not use weapons. However my inner circle of followers all have custom enchanted weapons assigned; like a RiaBurner, LydiaGrinder and JordisSmash. Igiard uses a custom Dawnguard war hammer. The only exception is the chaotic Eola who wields Dawnbreaker. Glows from her lovely hip, and helps the character keep track of her in dark spots.

I used Auriel's Bow because of the quest, the rest I used as decorations. I did want to use Dawnbreaker and the Nightingale Blade bacause I love the way they look, but my crafted weapons were so much better I couldn't bring myself to use them.

Unfortunately, most of them. I've used the Wabbajack, Nightingale Blade and Bow, Blade of Woe and Firinel's end frequently before, as well as a modded Staff of Magnus, but the rest tend to sit on a shelf.

I wish Bethesda had made the unique weapons 'overpowered'. Who cares if it becomes easy to defeat enemies while using those weapons - isn't that the whole point of obtaining rare and powerful weapons?

Same here:
The Blade of Woe
The Nightingale sword
The Nightingale blade
Dawnbreaker
Zephyr

And, the staves:
The Sanguine Rose
The Wabbajack
The Eye of Melka

I've tried Mehrune's Razor briefly and gave the Longhammer to my follower.

And that's about it.

The only thing that I've never used is...wait. Wow, I've tried out all the unique items actually now that I think of it.
