Hello everyone,
So I've seen a 1000 pages in google about skyrim FPS and the game not running properly however none of them apply to my problem. or at least the way I see it.
I can play skyrim with no problems whatsoever in the highest ultra settings including AA and AF to maximum.
However the last couple of weeks after roughly an hour of gameplay my skyrim starts stuttering heavily in the open world.
If I get into a house or dungeon everything seems to be fine again.
Soon as I go out into the world again the stuttering continues.
The stuttering does seem to get way less when I put my view on the sky.
In any sense my hardware is perfectly capable of playing skyrim and temperatures are normal.
Specs:
Running Windows 8
Processor: I7-3820 @ 3.60 (64bit)
RAM: 12 gigs
GPU: GTX 560 Ti
Hard drives: Windows on SSD, games on normal HDD
I've already tried putting the settings lower to medium and turning AA and AF off but this does not solve the problem neither
This tells me though that it is not hardware related (or highly unlikely at least.)
Does anyone have any idea or possible a solution to this problem?
Thank you all very kindly in advance!
