Extract to Data Files and all will be well. This is a pluginless replacer.
I am releasing this one tile alone for now so people can go ahead and begin using it, later I will also include it in my Redoran Alternate Tile Set I am working on. I have included a pair of screenshots that demonstrate the problem that can arise when you use texture replacers.
(retexture one column spot)...what appears to be happening...Tri In_R_S_int_wall_01 2 is set to Tx_Redoran_tile_01.tga, while Tri In_R_S_int_wall_01 3 is set to Tx_Redoran_tile_03.tga. In vanilla Morrowind this is not a huge problem as both textures are basically the same. Looking in Morrowind.bsa...Tx_Redoran_tile_01.dds is a 256x256 version of Tx_Redoran_tile_03.dds (which itself is 64x64). Now let us throw in a texture replacer. Depending on your texture replacer...those 2 textures may no longer look like each other (mine do not). I have fixed it by setting both of those pieces to the same texture, Tx_Redoran_tile_03.dds, so that it matches up correctly with all the other tile pieces. I have checked all 36 of the places it is used in an vanilla game, and so this one mesh is a good candidate for pluginless replacer.
Couple screenies for all you who must have them that show the problem people who use textures replacers may run into. I say may because I will not be trying to check this vs every possible texture replacer in the game and people who do not use a texture replacer at all do not see the problem (it exists but they don't see it)

Feel free to do whatever you want with this by the way. (credit for my 5 minutes of work would be nice but not required)
