[Papyrus] Detecting jumprunswim

Helo,
Can anyone suggest events to detect if an Actor is jumping/running/swimming?

"JumpFall" should fire at the start of the jump, "SoundPlay.FSTSwimSwim" should fire when swimming and "FootLeft" should fire when you start walking, running or sprinting and it shouldn't fire if you are sneaking.
