The Skaal in context of the Aldudaggas

I am greatly confused with the The Seven Fights in general, but the portrayal of the Greedy Man and the All-Maker probably confuses me the greatest.

The Greedy Man is implied to be Lorkhan. While the Falmer serve the Adversary.. (Story of Aevar Stone-Singer) and we find out (unsurprisingly) that they worship Auri-El. So that's a bit odd. The All-Maker however..

"Aka-Tusk, a somewhat foreign spirit (yeah, right) from the Totem Wars, and known mainly in the tongue of Men as the enemy-brother of Shor, and he said, “Look on them, my friends, and how the North has gone insane with the beating and beating of the Doom Drum, whose father they fool-talk call their All-Maker.”

Who the heck is Aka-Tusk, and why would he make a covenant with Alessia like MK said he did when he's an enemy of Shor?

Most importantly: "Doom Drum, who's father they fool-talk call their All Maker." Is Aka-Tusk saying that the All Maker is Sithis, father of Lorkhan?

The All-maker is Anu not akatosh iirc and the adversary is Padomay/Sithis. Iirc Aka-tusk was Alduin/Akatosh/Auri-el's name in the last kalpa but I'll wait for someone who understands that more to talk about it.
