I have a couple mods going together that affect balmora and other places i get these city glitch messages on load of game and then into travel of the city..
Came in from silt strider the clothing shop is inverter invisibly so the door is set back... then the pawnshops kind of buried but its doors off to the side..
then it turns out to be the indy bank... so when i left outfitter i might have been loaded over near where the indy bank belongs... or it shifted to the pawn shop, but when i leave the bank im abck on the other side, and things are still doubled... anywhere heres my load order and heres the message log of the MLOX load i do...

| This plugin contains a bug, when you enter "Under Skar" (the manor district) in Ald'ruhn, you end up stuck in the rope railing next to the wooden walkway. One fix is to load up the .esp in TESAME, and delete the CELL Ald-ruhn that contains in_ar_door_01. You can tell which cell that is by looking at the detail view for that cell record in TESAME.
