Does anyone know which one of these 2 should i use ?

I'm asking this because i have high-end PC but some people still recommend the Redimized version, also my GPU is AMD HD 6850.

So what do you guys think.

My understanding is that Redimized only looks slightly worse, barely even noticable while at the same time yielding much better performance through superior optimization.

Forgot to mention i have UOP so if i would use Redimized version would i still need compatibility patch ?

There's no difference between the two when it comes to the UOP.
