If two Daedric Princes owns your soul...

In skyrim at least, it's said that hircine comes and hunts down a werewolf's soul after it dies so that he can take it to his hunting grounds, although Nocturnal says that i will serve her after death and go to her realm. so if i die, do i just linger in oblivion?

Beth left a lot of choices open to the player. what you imagine will happen is going to happen. you are the web-spinner. theres no canon ending for players. so simply just decide where you want your character to be and RP it.

Being split between two realms would drive the soul into madness.

Therefore, you belong to Sheogorath.

(at least, that is how I envision it).

just because a soul goes mad does not give sheo control over it. sheo can cause madness but he doesnt own mad souls.

you cant just say that?! then each of the daedra could take souls from each others realm which doesnt happen. i dont even think sheo is interested in souls. his realm is full of living people

you shouldn't RP it. thats why we have lore, so we would know what happens to things like that. we shouldnt have to RP. thats like guessing

i thought of how that sounded wrong lol but to me RP is like making up stuff and replacing the lore with fake lore.like "i absorbed akatosh and now i am the greastest aedra and i can use all these powers and stuff" im not creative but you get the point

No you are not guessing. its a gameplay thing and quite frankly if you wanna take into account all the things the player can do in the game then well you'll have a load of cluster [censored] to deal with. in skyrim the player can do quests for almost all daedric princes, so hes linked to all of them. and at the same time he can also be a nord who want to go to Sovngarde, or he may be a follower of Mora who wants to go to Apocrypha when he dies. so many possibilities and so many different endings. (all these things are made to give the player freedom and not limit him to one ending) so you tell me how the hell are you gonna solve all these things without RPing or using you imagination? unless you wanna do one certain set of quests and call it a day? -_-

None of the above.

Hermaues Mora rightfully claims you and you ascend into obscure God-Hood.

My Dragonborn absorbed the soul of Miraak, on top of the other 60 dragon souls. I'd like to see a Daedric Prince try.
