ok, first play through, there were ghouls everywhere. no problem getting the tags
second play through, I can hardly find any ghouls!I have spent a week (game time) roaming around spotlight and I think I am like 3 tags short.

also, I killed logan in the basemant and he didn't drop the key for the firehouse
