Are there any mods that add feathered hair styles for Argonians, like in Skyrim?

I don't think so, but I've thought about this a lot after I noticed the feathered hair in Skyrim and I would like seeing it in Morrowind. Skyrim's interpretation of Argonians is pretty cool.
