First off I'm not sure if this is not out in the forums already, so forgive me if it is.

So after reading some info on the past characters of fallout 1 and 2. It occured to me that these games could use a revitalization into the modern gaming age.

I dont expect Bethesda to make full scale games around the stories, but I would like something. An arcade game, or maybe a web series to retell the story with modern animation or graphics.

This is all just an idea, I would also like to see a web series that connects games, tells the stories that happened after. Like if the capital wastlands aqua pura ever spread out, or the eastern BOS' activies after fallout 3. Or perhaps the gap between FNV and 4 when it arrives.

It just seems that we could use some filler between games. With little info, something to sustain us would be good. With so much backstory and open space for story it would be great to keep us ready for that addictive game.

Alternatively just play the old games, it's not like they don't work anymore.

As to recreating them; It isn't possible without Bethesda messing with the content, they will either add, tweak, remove or change certain things.

Recreating a past game is just a waste of time anyway, they could spend that development time giving us something 'new' rather than a skimmed down version of the older games.

Well, I suppose thats all true, but as far as playing old games, they are hard to find, and people who cant get past the old graphics they will just complain more and more about how long its taking for 4. Eventually causing problems, cut testing phase to meet demand, causing bugs that then get complained about.

Thats also why i suggested a web series, less work, and detail. They could create some jobs, animators would jump on that. And it could do great for profits and sales.

They aren't hard to find. You can buy them from Steam or GoG.com, hell you can buy all three in a pack at most game stores or any place that sells games like Walmart.

I would suggest getting them from GoG.com (Good Old Games) because they come ready to play without the need for a patch.

Playing the games is the best way to experience them hands down. Remaking them into modern games would just butcher them.

Edit: Also I have seen alot of people complain about the old graphics but they still went out and got the games and played them and they got over their hang up about old graphics.
