Ultra realstic mod suggestion

I enjoy the game very much, but it doesn't feel like a post-nuclear war world. Here are the following changes that might increase fun and difficulty as a whole for the game.

Carrying mod:
The courier is only allowed to bring two weapon at all time, for example, one assault rifle and one sword, or one sub machine gun or one knife. Moreover, players cannot carry more than 4 bullets magazine at all time. If you ran out of bullets and there isn't any bullets to pick up, pick up another weapon from the enemy. That is how it supposed to be in a resource scare society.

Players can put extra guns on a safe or lock.

2 bottle of water max - should able to refill water bottle

4 meals max - Food will get rotten if stored too long

Decrease weapon supplies from weapon stores:
To simulate a society lack of resources, where are the gunrunner supposed to get their raw material from?

Resource mod:
All resources should be dramatically decrease, player should not able to collect thousands of bullets, players should struggle just to find a meal to survive.

most enemy should not able to carry a lot of bullets, except the legion, house and NCR, which is powerful enough to supply their troops.


Enemy mod:
Most enemy should not able to carry an infinite amount of bullets, if they ran out of bullets, they should switch to close range weapon. Same with Boone.

Enemy with sniper rifle should not run towards you like an idiot, he should know that the sniper rifle can be more powerful when standing in distance, same as enemy with any kind of projectile weapon.

Enemy should find places to hide and not expose themselves in the open field like an idiot.

The last boss should not be overly difficult, otherwise players would most likely not able to defeat such an enemy with limited bullets.


Travelling mod:
Fast travel disable at all times

Players should not able to travel as fast when walking in reverse.

Player mod:

Player should suffer slow but constant hp losses after getting injured by projectile weapon or close range weapon, unless getting heal by doctor's bag or visit a doctor or apply bandages. Players is unable to apply bandages during battle.

If player is not injured, due to having a pipboy, player's hp will very slowly regenerate. This should applies on any NPC with a pipboy.

Player should not able to run as fast when wearing heavy armor, armour should not prevent injuries because in reality nothing can stop sniper rifle, even the best armor in the game should only able to slow it down and not completely immune from it.

Player should able to save companion from poison. How many times I have to re-load a game because I cannot find ways to save my companion from poison.

Limbs should not able to grow back instantly after seeing a doctor or apply a doctors bag, it should take a few days before the crippling effect be gone.

Radiation sickness should not be healed instantly.
