I do think that this can be appropriate enough in this forum, but if it's not, I'm sorry.
But on to the point. In Planet Earth, "relations" between same genders have either been widely accepted or not throughout history. And I've been curious on how certain cultures view homosixuality. Here's my guesses.
Imperial: I don't think they have anything taboo about it. Infact, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some cults of Dibella or Mara that kind of "supports" same six relationships.
Dunmer: Don't know about know, but I'm pretty sure it was widely accepted back when Vivec and his buddies were in charge. (Vivec is kind of unique in a way...)
Argonian: No idea whatsoever, just like most of their culture, we have no clue on their beliefs.
Khajiit: Perhaps with the generally laid back mindset of the Khajiit, they probably don't care at all.
Bosmer: Like Black Marsh, no clue for me.
Redguards: Don't know either, again.
Breton: It would probably vary depending on what city-state stands on it. Probably mixed.
Nordic: I would imagine it could be somewhat similar to how some Ancient Greek armies practice it. Have soldiers or shield brother fall in love with each other so they can fight harder on the battlefield to protect each other.
Altmer: Alinor might be the only place where it is widely unaccepted. Given that Mer generally take longer to reproduce, the ruling government would want the people to marry a person of different gender, or else it might impact the population of future generations. Plus the Thalmor might see this as "impure" for their likings.
Opinions? Do you disagree or agree?
