Hi guys, I have only recently gotten back to Skyrim modding and I thought of the idea of adding Chain Lightning procs to arrows. I did my research and came upon this post

which helped me to add the chain lightning enchantment to my bow. Problem is, I can't get it to work (chain lightning only hits the first target and does not bounce) and I really want the effect on an arrow. Could someone point me in the right direction? Much appreciated~
