If you mean after the main quest, then no, you cannot go back in.

Console command, "CenteronCell". I was getting destroyed by werewolves so I console commanded it outta there to level up and get some stuff. But I can't seem to COC back in.

If you get stuck in an object, like thisMolag Bal statue, use TCL in the console.
It toggles all collision off. Use TCL again to turn it back on.
