Notice we've been waiting since the beginning of the year for a Dragonborn patch for UFO, with no sign of activity? Anyone know what happened to it? Has it been abandoned?

I don't use follower mods myself, but in case UFO has been abandoned, there are other popular alternatives available:

Amazing Follower Tweaks - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/15524 - has been updated for the latest patch, although it only allows up to 5 followers at once.

Extensible Follower Framework (EFF) - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12933 - is reported compatible with the latest patch, though not yet specifically updated for it - although an update is being worked on. EFF allows up to 100 followers.

im an ex UFO user currently using AFT and i find it better than UFO really it supports upto 31 follower u can extend it though with the use of console but seriously even 31 is too much. main problem with UFO was the updates i had waited long enough for a update then decided to go with AFT and im loving the mod. EFF is also a good mod most stable of all follower mod i would say but i didnt liked it dialogue menu popping up everytime i wanted to talk to my follower. u can use any of 2 mod without the need of any DLcs
