There is a bug after the rock explodes where Graham will leave you his entire inventory, including his ammo, which means he has no way to complete the scenario.

You need to use the console on him for him to continue.

You can also reload a past Save and try again, as this normally does not happen.

this seems to happen every time so i open his inventory and he has 100 45 acp caliber x mod his pistol whip and armor is he not supossed to have a gun how do i additem do i just click on him then enter code

i might just try fleeing zion rather than killing the white legs still want to find a resolution to this problem
