"hakon and the others"

upon fighting miraak he reveals that harkon and "the others" wanted him to deal with alduin and that he chose otherwise but who are these "others" he's refering to?

but what connects miraak with harkon? I looked up "hakon" and he's one of the heros in sovngard, so that makes more sense..still I wish I remembered what miraak actually said

He did say Hakon. He and the others (who Hev mentioned) wanted Miraak to join them to defeat Alduin. As we can see, that wasn't the case.

Dude, Miraak is ancient. Like Merethic/First Era. I think he predates vampirism. Harkon wasn't even a sperm cell.
