The bard that wants the drum is missing (bard collage quest) as the quest does not give me a location on the map where he is. I suspect that he might have been killed in a vampire attack. Is there a § command to resurrect NPCs on the PC ver of the game?

There is a command to resurrect NPC's, but it won't help. NPC death breaks quests.
