Can someone help me deal with how to get rid of this:

I've tried disabling various mods I thought it might be but nothing seems to get rid of it. Surely someone has seen it before and knows what to do?

ETA: Actually I tried disabling All Weather and the seams went away. Why is that mod causing such problems with my game?
