If I do steal the schematics, what changes?
Do the Gun Runners prices increase?
Does the Crimson Caravan Co. get more weapons to sell?

Crimson Caravan gets more weapons, and you get them at a discount.

The Gun Runners prices do not change.

Also worth noting it changes the ending slide for the Crimson Caravan.

The Gun Runners eventually figure out who did it and retaliate, killing several Crimson and Van Graff caravans themselves.
