I've taught myself how to do basic scripting in papyrus and know how most of the simple stuff works in the CK... what I'm looking to learn is stuff like:

1) When holding the strafe left key and attacking do x animation, and have that animation count as an attack animation.

2) make use of the MCM added in SkyUI

3) Learn all of the new functions added by SKSE

4) ect.

I've spent days trying to learn, and the searching takes up far more time than the actual learning... and frankly I'm not very good at the searching part.

Is there someone here who might be willing to teach me this stuff? or direct me to a source where I might learn it?

You could look at the wiki's http://www.creationkit.com/Category:SKSE category for documentation of the functions it adds. Looking at scripts in existing mods that do things you'd like to learn about can be a useful strategy as well, and if you find something you don't understand you could always try contacting the author or asking about it here.
