I would like to use a few of the armors from Arkeylan Armor 2 as uniforms for the wait-staff in my 6th House bar & grill mod. I did send a PM, but the user info shows Arkeyla has not signed in to the new account since 2011. Just looking for permission.

Well, she doesn't appear to be on the MMH modder permissions page. And I assume you've checked her readme for an email?

I have no idea if she had a personal site or anything. She was always quite helpful back in the day, seemed like that type that would be okay with people using her stuff, but I have no idea what her readme says about that.

Readme just mentions not repackaging/bundling her mod or uploading to another site without permission. That's from back in 2008. No mention of use, one way or 'tuther. Only contact listed is Arkeyla on Beth Forums or PES.

I just checked Nexus, and her username did not come up. And it seems she is not a member here, assuming she uses the same username as PES. Nvm, found it but it has been inactive as the OP stated.

Her ReadMes are rather vague on the subject, but one does say "ask before using."

I know it can be a touchy subject for some... but after so many years have passed (since 2008) and the modder has left the community on good terms, I think most modders wouldn't mind their work being used in a respectful matter.

IMHO, you should probably just bite the bullet and do it as long as you give credit until someone or Arkeyla herself/himself says something. As Pluto said, it is a touchy subject but it should not be too bad as long as you give credit.

Oh, believe me, I stumble-over-myself giving credit for the resources I use in my releases. Still working on the Six Bells as it is, so I'll give it a bit longer.
