Ok, so I'm starting to do the MQ for the NCR.

I was sent to Gamora to find out what the Ortega family was doing. Problem is I already started that quest a while ago and was to the point where I help that guy take over the place. I helped one guy (the bomber) and he was to destroy the gun stash. He did, but got caught. The quest marker kept saying to take to the guy wanting to take over when I'm ready to make my move. Well I waited and waited and I never get the option from him to confront the bosses.

So I read the wiki and it said you can just kill that other secretive guy and end the quest. I did and then was force to lie to the NCR and say they were planning to attack New Reno.

So I can move on. Next is to eliminate House. So I take to him and there is no option to tell him to back off. It did have an option to tell him I befriended the Boomers since I had started his quests earlier. So I do and now the NCR thinks I'm a trader and won't give me quest anymore. So I kill House, and they still won't talk.

So, I'm reloaded back to where I go into Gamora to find out about what those bosses are up to. Note the first clue I have to that place is to talk to the receptionist, the problem is I already did that when I started this quest ages ago.

I'm at a total loss as to how to continue the NCR quests. I have to figure out these Ortega quests and then 'disable' or kill House. Help.
