Would VGA 2013 be a good time for Bethesda to make some noise and give some sort of teaser?

I was actually expecting some from E3 but we all see how that worked out .......BUt...when the game is announced it seems like its going to be much more explosive in terms of hype that even TES:V , I thing theyre being soo tight lipped with us because they dont wanna wanna give us little relief points they want us to be be so hopped up on anticipation that the announcement/teaser trailer will just be..BOOM , or at least thats what Im expecting/hoping for, I have really high expectations for this game, an I dont think theure going to dissapoint,.
