I began the game with my intelligence at 10 points and I believe I could add 20 skill points per level up to my skills, until I reached level 4 and got the Educated perk. When I hit level 5 I could add 23 skill points. However, when I hit level 6 I could still only add 23. Shouldn't I be granted 26 skill points? Or is this an Xbox360 glitch?
