Loading Error in CK

Post » Thu Jul 04, 2013 8:54 pm

This http://www.darkcreations.org/forums/gallery/image/4786-ck-loading-error/ is enough to know about what error I got when trying to load Skyrim.esm, Update.esm and Hearthfires.esm into CK before I can do anything in CK.

So what's going on and how do I fix if it's possible.

Thanks in advance.

Did you tried to zoom the picture by clicking on it?

Going by a list of common issues loading them as opposed to the image, have you added the BSAs to the archive list for the CK's INI file?

Do you mean in this section?

Tried it, there's no zoom.

Judging from your above post though, your image displayed a STRING error right? Just add the DLCs to the SArchiveList and SResourceArchiveList(s).

I see.

That's correct. It was a string loading error. How do I add that I mean what exactly is what I need to add in the SkyrimEditor.ini file?

Take out whatever DLC bsa you don't have. And Im not sure about hearthfire, I probably got the spelling wrong and I think the BSA is named differently.

Yeah this is what you change in SkyrimEditor.ini

Edit: Fixed ↓

Yep I fix it and that was exactly what deaths_soul said. Just add the bsa files into the SkyrimEditor.ini like this. I also took the opportunity and added Dragonborn as well in SkyrimEditor.ini just in case. Thanks for your help guys.

Update.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa

Just be aware of the character limit for those lines so that you don't keep adding files to them and wind up using up all available characters.
