Maybe its just me...but does Dead Money get such a bad wrap because its difficult? Because It was one of my Favorite DLC's of all time?Great enemys/characters/weapons/questes/strotline, heart racing ending (especially if your exploiting the gold glitch xD) an all around amazing DLC.

You hit the nail on the head. Some people simply don't want any difficulty in games. Dead Money is a great DLC, hell the first time I played it I was going nuts but I enjoyed the challenge.

I only found a few parts really difficult, most of it was just tedious. I was amazed how small the areas were once the speakers were off and the cloud was exhausted out. Great story, but super tedious.

Me and my friend played it for the first time we just rushed through it didnt take our time and always considered it the worst and most annoying dlc. When I came back to it though and actually took my time I loved it it was really challenging and you couldn't just rush through expecting everything to go right you have to scavenge for supplies and conserve your resources.

Thats what makes it tough because it strips you of all your weapone and really from there on out your in a pinch...Ib=ve never played dead money and said " Wow ive got alot of ammo that should last for a while" when I got 3 rounds of the .357 mag, for the police revolver I was all like " master has given dobby a sock! :twirl: "

I got the game for my body and he played as a ncr sniper. He absolutely hated the dlc. He said it had great atmosphere, great charecters, great story. What he didnt like was that it took awah all ur stuff. He had maxxed out guns amd sneak and the such, so je was always relying on guns to carry him thru. when I told him it was a dlc that made Jr charecter adapt or be damned, he didnt get the msg lol.

Me I absolutely love it and it is hands down my favorite of alltime dlc. Was very very impressed.

It is a pretty big change of pace from the main game. Players are stripped of the gear they've spent hours/days collecting and have to jump through all kinds of new hoops. I can see how that doesn't come off as fun. And why play/applaud a game/DLC if it's not fun for you?
