Let's say I sent you my game files. Let's say that for whatever reason you couldn't open up your pip-boy and look at quests I've completed, nor could you go see which army I supported; the Lucky 38, Cottonwood Cove and Hoover Dam would all be blocked off. Finally, no, the assassin squads wouldn't come after you.
What would remain in the game that makes your character playthrough unique, aside from the quests, politics and character interactions. For example, is there an item I would notice "mysteriously missing" from any location it can be found in? What item do you tend to loot whenever you come across it, thus leaving your mark solely by making the item near-extinct in the game world?
Just something I thought of recently, cause really, a lot can be deduced about a character solely by looking at what items are missing from the game world. A person who viewed my Courier's gameworld would notice the absense of Turpentine and weapon repair kit items all over the place. A person who viewed my BoS Knight's gameworld would notice fission batteries being practically non-existent.
