New Vegas not available on PS store?

Post » Sat Jul 06, 2013 1:21 pm

I went to get the game for my ps3, as my xbox version is broken, and my laptop can barely run New Vegas as it is.

When I went on the store, I could find all of the DLC for the game, but not the game itself.

Was it never on the store to begin with?

If I have this topic in the wrong section, could a mod possible move it?

Slightly off topic, but don't get it for PS3. It's hands-down the buggiest version, and you'll find you can only complete 2 out of 4 DLCs per character.

Either rebuy for Xbox or invest in a good (or hell, mediocre) gaming PC.

Damn, that buggy?

My xbox is pretty f'd up at the moment.

Haven't used it in a while, controllers are busted or missing.

My laptop is some cheap Acer piece of garbage.

Thanks for the heads up anyway. Was looking forward to New Vegas again, but the local store doesn't have it, nor does PSN.

Guess I'm not getting it. Oh well.

That might be why it can't be found, because yes, anyone who owns a PS3 copy can tell you that the AVERAGE user cannot play more than 2 out of 4 DLCs. It's not so much bugs as it is file size creating crippling lag to the point where the game becomes unplayable, so every character on the PS3 version is on the clock, so to speak.

Either get Microsoft to replace your Xbox (RRoD?) or honestly, invest in a mediocre desktop. Computers tend to improve their specs pretty fast and the game is just shy of being three years old, so I'd imagine a decently-priced computer would still be able to run New Vegas flawlessly. And yeah, from personal experience? Laptops ARE pieces of garbage, so get a desktop.

Xbox controllers are busted or missing, and disc drive of the xbox is pretty messed up, though if i download that doesn't matter. Also, my ps3 is hooked up to an hdtv, and 360 is hooked up to a t.v. from before I was born.

My labtop can somewhat run it. Just feels awkward playing it with a mouse. I wonder if my controller would work.
