I noticed that one quest is kinda broken. The quest called Diplomatic Immunity. I was doing everythig without a problem expect opening the chest. I opened the chest after the guy who is giving liquors told me to get stuff from the chest. There's no items in the chest. Is it epic fail?

No as odds are you didn't give your items to Malborn. The items you should have given him would end up in that chest.

Reload an earlier save.

Did you give him any items when he was at the winking skeever.

any item you give him will end up in the chest in the embassy. any items you had in your inventory before getting on the carriage will be put in the chest in Delphines secret room at the inn.

And these items are pretty much your armor, weapons, potions, and all that good stuff.

Let me test this. I hope it works.

It worked for me when I did the quest on the 360. Any items I actually gave to Malborn were in that chest. The only real problem I had was trying to get Malborn to close the friggin' door after me; for a while he just keeps telling me to go through when I'm already on the other side of the door. He eventually gets his head straight, though, and closes it, but that's the only problem I've ever had with that quest.
