Fallout 3 .bsa files to New Vegas (For modding)

Hi all.

So I (legally) own Fallout 3 & Fallout : New Vegas on the PC and have installed the G.E.C.K. program for both games.

I also have the F.O.M.M. (FallOut Mod Manager).

I would like to extract the Fallout 3 .bsa files (mostly in-game objects. E.G.: Cars, buildings, clothes, NPC's, etc.) to New Vegas, and use the contents of the F3 .bsa files in the New Vegas G.E.C.K. to make New Vegas mods.

Any way of easily getting 'round this issue? I have tried a few solutions from watching some tuts on YouTube, but there are none that I have found that are very in-depth.

Please help! And thank you in advance! :)
