Well I know the problem of why it's not working and I also kinda need a opinion before I make a bigger problem as it is.

The Problem: I put LAA (Large Address Aware) on Fallout NV.

How did you do this? If you used the program that is supposed to change this flag, then you probably hosed your EXE and you have to reinstall the game. For some reason, this flag does not clear/set properly. Instead, you have to use a Wrapper that launches the game into a 4GB address space.

Also, if you have NVSE, then that takes a certain 4GB launcher to make it all work together.
