Hey everyone.
I've had a problem with getting into Nellis AFB in New Vegas. I stand outside and usually a Boomer comes and starts dialogue, but on one of my save files, he never comes over, so I can't get into Nellis. I've tried clearing my system cache but it didn't help.
Anyone know I can get around this bug/fix it?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
