Dragonhide and Ebonyflesh are conflicting spells and I can understand that they do not stack. However, once Ebonyflesh is active, Dragonhide cannot be fully cast. I do it spending the magicka and casting time but Ebonyflesh remains active and and no Dragonhide effect at all. The converse way works though. Ebonyflesh replaces dragonhide.

I haven't verified the damage reductions but at least, the active effects is bugged. Something else to add: my restoration-recovery and alteration-atronach perks do not show in the active effects list. I assume them to be functional.
